1. Who registers your domain

EFFIVIS TECHNOLOGIES S.L. acts as a reseller, not as a registrar. Domains you order through us are registered through Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L., which is the ICANN-accredited registrar.

2. Terms and rights

When you order a domain through us, the registrar's registration terms apply. They are available at https://www.dondominio.com/legal/.

ICANN publishes the rights and responsibilities of domain name registrants.

3. Ownership and management

Unless you tell us otherwise, Effivis registers the domain and is listed as registrant and administrative contact on your behalf in order to manage it. You authorise this by accepting our Terms of Service.

The domain is registered for you. At any time you can ask for the registration to be transferred into your name or for the domain to be moved to another provider, free of charge and with no conditions. Neither we nor the registrar may refuse to provide, or delay, the authorisation code (authcode) needed for that. If you stop being a customer, the website service may be discontinued, but the domain is still transferred.
